Grande scale early 19th Century English mahogany armchair with old leather upholstery. The high, upright back is scrolled with carved decoration of paterea, leading to magnificent scrolled arms. Carved beading on the front apron. Raised on elegant, turned tapering legs to the front. Terminating in brass castors.
