A fine pair of early 19th Century Anglo Indian rosewood plantation chairs. Sometimes known as 'officer's chairs' that the British military would have reclined on! Having finely hand carved floral detail to the front and arm supports. The back legs are outswept and the front legs are turned, terminating in brass castors.
