19th Century Biedermeier Cherrywood Chest of Drawers

A good example of a 19th century Biedermeier chest of drawers constructed in veneered and polished cherrywood. Having a moulded edge top detailed with an ebonised edging and wonderful use of veneers. The top drawer overhangs the lower two drawers that are flanked by turned, ebonised pillars. Standing on an ebonised plinth and four short legs.
Light in colour with contrasting ebonised wood make it a stylish chest of drawers.
