An Excellent Pair of English Regency Period D-Shaped Tea Tables in Mahogany.
These fine tables are particularly well-porportioned, with attractive slim friezes, the tables stand beautifully. They are executed throughout in high quality mahogany, the veneers used for the inside of the table top being especially well selected and matched in each case. The tables have satinwood crossbanding and ebonised details as well as a variety of turned mouldings to the edge of the tops and on the collars of the legs. The main bodies of the legs are reeded. The table tops are supported on double gate legs.
