Small 18th Century French Pine Drop Leaf Table

A Very Decorative Small 18th Century French Drop Leaf Table in Pine.
This lovely little table has two drop leaves which are supported by two pull out supports that slide back in to the table frame. The table shows plenty of signs of age and use - it has grown old gracefully. The frieze has one deep drawer with original escutcheon and key. The legs and stretchers are all bobbin turned and the polished finish contrasts with the now largely matte finish to the top.
A table of this sort makes an ideal small centre table and can be stored against a wall with the flaps down when not in use.
A well made, practical and attractive piece of furniture. Due to its size it would make a great occasional table.
