Pair of early 19th Century Italian walnut and burr yew console tables. Having fabulous quarter veneered tops, bordered with further cross banding to form a frame, that rest above a veneered cavetto frieze with gilt edge. Supported by slender cabriole legs to the front with omolu mounted decoration of bearded heads and hoof feet with gilt decoration. Simple supports to the rear. The whole resting on shapely plinths.
