Early 20th Century English Oak Refectory Table
SOLD
An Early 20th Century English Gothic Revival Oak Refectory or Dining Table, c.1910.
This fine table with its planked top and carved end supports is very much in the gothic revival style though produced early in the 20th century. The carved end supports have subtle gothic fretwork but otherwise the piece is largely undecorated and has great proportions. The use of a low bar stretcher makes this a very sturdy.
The oak has a great colour.
