Large, excellent quality French 1940s ebonised bureau plat with two brushing slides. Decorative tooled leather top and slides. Five drawers with pretty ormolu/brass escutcheons. Supported by tapering legs terminating in brass sabots.
A desk that will work well in either a classic or contemporary setting.
We feel this desk looks better in real life, it's very difficult to photograph as it reflects too much light.
